    A good pick for a short stint in Playa del Carmen with value for money. The swim-out room was a nice touch, perfect for easy access to the pool. Bring your own snacks if you can. The add-ons can be pricey.

    The bar service from Juan at the Bamboo was awesome!!! The. Service support from David on the entertainment staff was also awesome!!!! The entire entertainment staff that supported the birthday party for my sister in law was also wonderful.

    The lasting memory of the trip was the service provide in the Ember restaurant. I was dressed in long pants and Gucci Sandals & and singled out by Victor to go change shoes. Once iI returned I noticed the rules only applied to me.

    The facilities were beautiful, especially the pools! We loved the walk-in rain shower in our room, was like a spa and the staff were really friendly.
